Orders, Shipping and Return Policy


 

 

It is the policy of www.get-HUGE.net,  to insure that all customer information, including orders placed, be kept confidential. We do not share or sell any information to outside sources.


ORDERING:

                  A "shopping cart" is provided that allows your to select and save merchandise while continuing to search the web.

Mail:        Mail in your completed order along with your personal check, cashier's check, or money order payable to J&J Health Foods.

Note: Please include your driver's license number, state, and your birth date on personal checks. Orders paid for by personal check will not ship until payment is approved. This may take up to 14 additional business days.

 

Fax:      Fax in your completed order along with your credit card information to 1-775-782-5403 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Include the cardholder's name, type of credit card, account number, 3-digit verification code (located on the back of the card), and expiration date.

 

 

COMPLETING ORDERS:

 

Your credit card will be charged at the time of checkout. You will then receive your confirmation email, providing you a invoice number.

 


SHIPPING:

 

Most orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS). However, we also utilize the United Parcel Service (UPS) and other shipping providers of our choice based on current shipping rates and availability.

 

Special shipping requests can be made by calling our customer service department toll-free at 1-866-675-HUGE(4843); locally at 1-702-207-HUGE(4843); or, by email to customerservice@get-huge.net. All special shipping requests must receive prior approval.

 

Most orders are shipped within one (1) business day.

 

There is a flat shipping rate of $8.25 on all orders weighing 10 lbs or less, regardless of size and destination (within the United States, Guam, and Puerto Rico). All orders over 10 lbs will be shipped by a shipping provider of our choice. Shipping rates for packages weighing over 10 lbs will be based on "real time" shipping costs provided by United Parcel Service (UPS) shipping calculators. UPS utilizes current shipping costs, package size, weight and destination to determine actual shipping fees.

 

Additional freight charges may apply on orders that are fragile, or require special packaging or handling. Please contact our customer service department with any questions.

 

WEIGHT NOTICE: The weight listed in some product descriptions may include the shipping weight, not solely the product weight. Size and serving information is not affected. The adjustment to the weight is used to determine approximate shipping costs for the customer. If you have questions about the weight of a particular product, please contact customer service for clarification.

 

Since we are not an actual retailer of Egg Whites products by Egg Whites International and are part of their affiliate program,  any dispute or return of Egg Whites International products need to by handled and/or resolved by Egg Whites International directly. You may contact them at www.eggwhitesint.com .

 

www.Get-Huge.Net carries products that have a maximum quantity shipping policy regulated by the FDA and DEA. On any product that has this policy (please see product detail) and an order is placed exceeding the maximum, the customer will be notified by customer service and will be charged an additional shipping charges.

           

 

Once the package has left our warehouse, there will be a $5.00 for all packages that must be rerouted.

 

If the package is shipped to the correct address provided by you at the time of the order, and the package is refused, undeliverable, or the address is in need of further information, you will be required to pay the shipping charge again before the package is sent out.

 

United States Postal Service (USPS) Shipments:

 

PRIORITY

  • USPS PRIORITY packages are usually delivered in 2-5 business days. USPS Priority Packages are delivered to all US Addresses including PO Boxes and APO addresses.

EXPRESS

  • USPS EXPRESS packages weighing 10 lbs or less are available for delivery at an additional cost to the customer . Shipping is based on USPS real time shipping standards and is based on weight and destination.
  • USPS EXPRESS for all packages over 10 lbs, please contact customer service for shipping information and quotes.
  • USPS EXPRESS orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will ship the next business day as they are not picked up on these days. This qualifies as Express shipment and no refunds will be issued.
  • USPS EXPRESS Packages are delivered 365 days a year to most locations. Please see your local USPS location for availability.

 

INTERNATIONAL

 

  • International shipping charges are based in United States Postal Service (USPS) rates. Contact customer service for shipping information and quotes.

United Parcel Service (UPS):

 

  • UPS Packages cannot be delivered to PO Boxes and APO addresses.
  • UPS is available for pick up Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Delivery is available on Saturdays to select locations. Please see your UPS location for availability.
  • UPS packages are usually delivered in 2-5 business days.


STOCKING:

 

We make every attempt to stock all items advertised, however, occasionally we sell out of certain products or a product may be discontinued without advance notice.

 

If any product ordered is out of stock, shipment will not occur until your entire order is completed.

 

Not all customers will be notified of the delay.


DAMAGED OR MISSING PRODUCT(S), and INADVERTENT ERRORS:

 

  • Merchandise that arrives damaged must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. We reserve the right to contact the shipping company for verification of delivery time  and for visual inspection of the merchandise and packaging. Once damage is confirmed, we will issue a return call tag and ship a replacement unless other arrangements have been made through customer service.
  • Once the return call tag is received, you must return the damaged package within 72 hours (3 days), meaning we must be able to track the package. If after 72 hours (3 days) we are unable to track the package, you may be subject to additional charges.
  • Missing merchandise must be reported within 24 hours. We reserve the right to contact the shipping company for verification of delivery time. Once missing merchandise is confirmed, we will contact you and make arrangements to ship the product(s). This will be done at our expense.
  • Get-HUGE.net is aware that mistakes occur and we will do what we can to remedy any situation that arises. If you placed an order with an error, such as wrong product, size, or flavor, notify our customer service department within 24 hours of delivery. We reserve the right to contact the shipping company for verification of delivery time. Once confirmed, we will make arrangements to get the correct product(s) shipped to you.
  • Shipping charges for orders incorrectly placed will be the customer's responsibility.
  • Costs associated with errors made by Get-HUGE.net will be our responsibility.

RETURNS:

 

  • MERCHANDISE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED FOR ALL RETURNS.
  • Contact our customer service department at 1-866-675-HUGE(4843) or locally at 1-702-380-HUGE(4843) to receive an authorization number and instructions prior to returning any package or product. Any package returned to us without an authorization number will be refused.
  • Please make sure the authorization number is located on the outside of the package.
  • Merchandise returns are at the customer's expense.
  • Product must be returned unopened and in perfect condition to receive credit.
  • There is a 15% restocking fee on all order being returned.
  • Get-HUGE.net is not responsible for any damage that may have occurred during transit, package insurance through the carrier is suggested.
  • Product carrying a company/manufacturer guarantee (please see product container for verification) requires the original purchase invoice. You must contact the company/manufacturer directly regarding any guarantee.
  • We are not responsible for any company/manufacturer guarantee or their policies.
  • We are unable to refund shipping costs on any order.
  • No product may be returned after 30 days from the original purchase date.

 

 

VASOPRO:

 

Due to government regulations, and the Combat Meth Act 2005, Federal law requires all first time buyers of Vasopro, and Vasopro soft gels to fill out a  Vasopro order form.

This form must be filled out in its entirety and returned to get-HUGE.net. This Form may be faxed, mailed, or scanned and emailed back to get-HUGE.net.

After this form has been returned to get-HUGE.net and it is on file, you will not be required to re-submit the form for future orders, unless regulations change.  If this form is not sent, is incomplete, or inaccurate your order will not be shipped.

 

Effective 09/30/2006, all Vasopro customers are considered new customers regardless of previous orders and will need to complete the Vasopro order form and have it on file with Get-Huge.net prior to any shipment of Vasopro.

 

 

CANCELLATIONS:
MERCHANDISE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED FOR ALL CANCELLATIONS
 Please be careful when selecting products and placing your order. Review your final items. Once your order is received in our internet department, there will be a 5% cancellation fee. Orders may be cancelled but the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, if the order has been packaged. Please keep in mind that most orders ship same day.

 

Get-Huge.net is happy to place special orders. However, if a special order is placed, and then canceled there will be a 5% cancellation fee, a 15% restocking fee because it is a non stock item, and the customer will be responsible for any and all shipping charges accumulated with the transaction.

ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR LITIGATION THAT MAY ARISE FROM THE PURCHASE, SALE, ADVISE, USE, OR INVOLVEMENT WITH WWW.GET-HUGE.NET (JP ENTERPRISE, LLC) SHALL BE SETTLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE COUNTY OF DOUGLAS, STATE OF NEVADA.
