Suggested Usage: To enhance muscle recovery following intense training or during dieting phase, take 3 scoops (2g scoop included) 2 times daily. 1 Serving should be taken immediately following exercise. To maximize results, take this product with your favorite meal or supplement containing protein and carbohydrates (high glycemic) at 1:3 ratio. Empty scoop into mouth and chase with water or juice.
