Directions

As a dietary supplement, take oen serving two times a day, seven days a week. IntraXCell may be taken with or without food-food may dampen the prickling sensation that some people experience from Beta-Alanine. Optional timing use on training days. Take one serving 15-20 minutes prior to exercise and take one serving post-workout (if stacking with IntrAbolic, only take ONE serving Post-Workout). Performance benefits from IntraXCell will become noticeable in your workouts within 1-2 weeks, and will continue to become stronger for the first 3 months, as intracellular carnosine levels continue to increase. Warnings
