Directions

Mix 1 level scoop (11 grams) in 16 ounces of water and shake well. To aid in muscle growth, endurance, and recovery, based on your bodyweight, split the following dose before and during your workout. < 160 lbs: 1 scoop, = 160-180 lbs: 2 scoops, > 180 lbs: 3 scoops.
