Directions

Beginner Bodybuilding Athlete (Up to 1 year of resistance exercise performed at least 3 times weekly): Consume (thoroughly chew and swallow) 1 serving of CHEWIES GLUTAMINE 30 minutes pre-training.

1. Intermediate Bodybuilding Athlete (1-3 years of resistance exercise performed at least 3 times weekly): Consume 1 serving of CHEWIES GLUTAMINE 30 minutes pre-training. Consume 1 serving immediately post-training.
