During the check out, simply choose “I Will Send Check via Regular Mail" and complete your order. Provide a copy of your receipt along with your personal check, cashier's check, or money order payable to Huge Enterprises INC (or) Get-HUGE.net.

Note:   Please include your driver's license number, state, and your birth date on personal checks. Orders paid for by personal check will not ship until payment is approved. This may take up to 14 additional business days. 

COMPLETING YOUR ORDER:

Your credit card will be charged at the time of checkout. You will then receive your confirmation email, providing you an invoice number.

SHIPPING:

Most orders are shipped within one (1) business day. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, occasionally we sell out of certain products or a product may be discontinued without advance notice. This may cause a delay in shipping. Though rare, if this occurs, you will be notified, via email , of the delay and your package will be shipped out as soon as possible.


Most orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS PRIORITY). However, we utilize FEDEX GROUND and other shipping providers of our choice based on current shipping rates and availability. Most orders are shipped within one (1) business day.

We offer the following methods of shipping:

  • FEDEX STANDARD OVERNIGHT

FLAT RATE:

Flat rate packages are base on the weight of the actual package.

  • 0 LBS - 8.0 LBS = $3.99
  • 8.1 LBS - 15 LBS = $7.99
  • 15.1 LBS - 20 LBS = $11.99
  • 20.1 LBS - 30 LBS = $17.99
  • 30.1 LBS - 40 LBS = $23.99
  • 40.1 LBS - 50 LBS = $30.99
  • 50.1 LBS and up = REAL TIME SHIPPING - Please contact our customer service department for the best rate on shipping.(Rates are determined by the carrier, weight and package destination)

IN STORE PICK UP:

Customers who order online and wish to pick up their package at our warehouse. There is no shipping charge for customer pick ups.

FEDEX EXPRESS SAVER:

This is a three (3) day shipping option.

  • Delivery to businesses by 4:30 p.m. and to residences by 7 p.m. in 3 business days
  • Rates are based on FEDEX realtime shipping rates. (Rates are determined by weight and package destination)

FEDEX 2ND DAY:

  • Delivery by 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas (by 7 p.m. to residences).
  • Rates are based on FEDEX realtime shipping rates. (Rates are determined by weight and package destination)

FEDEX STANDARD OVERNIGHT:

  • Next-business-day delivery by 3 p.m. to most U.S. addresses; by 4:30 p.m. to rural areas.

ADDRESSING ERRORS:

Once a package has left our warehouse, there will be a $5.00 fee for all packages that must be rerouted. If a package is shipped to the correct address provided by you at the time of the order, and the packages is refused, undeliverable, or the address is in need of further information, you will be required to pay any additional shipping fees before the package is shipped back to you.

STOCKING:

We make every attempt to stock all items advertised, however, occasionally we sell out of certain products or a product may be discontinued without advance notice.

If any product ordered is out of stock, shipment will not occur until your entire order is completed. If there is a delay in your order, you will be notified, via email, of the delay.


DAMAGE OR MISSING PRODUCT(S) AND INADVERTANT ERRORS:

Merchandise that arrives damaged must be reported within 24 hours of delivery (1-866-675-4843). We reserve the right to contact the shipping company for verification of delivery time and for visual inspection of the merchandise and packaging. Once damage is confirmed, we will issue a return call tag and ship a replacement unless other arrangements have been made through customer service.

Once the return call tag is received, you must return the damaged package within 72 hours (3 days), meaning we must be able to track the package.

Missing merchandise must be reported within 24 hours. We reserve the right to contact the shipping company for verification of delivery time. Once missing merchandise is confirmed, we will contact you and make arrangements to ship the product(s). This will be done at our expense.

Get-HUGE is aware that mistakes occur and we will do what we can to remedy any situation that arises. If you placed an order with an error, such as wrong product, size, or flavor, notify our customer service department (1-866-675-4843) within 24 hours of delivery. Get-Huge will ensure the error is corrected and ship out the missing and/or correct product.

Shipping charges for orders incorrectly placed will be the customer's responsibility.

Costs associated with errors made by Get-HUGE.net will be our responsibility.


RETURNS:

At Get-Huge.net, we carry only the highest quality, name brand supplements. Get-Huge.net is committed to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it. No questions asked.

  • All merchandise returned within 30 days of your receipt of shipment will receive a full refund.
  • All returns will be at the customer’s expense.
  • All returning merchandise must be received at our warehouse prior to refund.
  • All returns must have a return authorization number, prior to returning the merchandise.
  • We cannot accept any merchandise returns on any product over 30 days.

Contact our customer service department at 1-866-675-HUGE (4843) or locally at 1-702-380-HUGE (4843) to receive an authorization number and instructions prior to returning any package or product. Any package returned to us without an authorization number WILL be refused.

CANCELLATIONS:

Please be careful when selecting products and placing your order. Review your final items. Orders may be canceled but the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, if the order has been packaged. Please keep in mind that most orders ship same day.  

Get-HUGE.net is happy to place special orders. However, if a special order is placed, and then canceled there will be a 15% restocking fee because it is a non stock item, and the customer will be responsible for any and all shipping charges accumulated with the transaction.

 

LEGAL:

ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR LITIGATION THAT MAY ARISE FROM THE PURCHASE, SALE, ADVISE, USE, OR INVOLVEMENT WITH WWW.GET-HUGE.NET (HUGE ENTERPRISES INC.) SHALL BE SETTLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE COUNTY OF DOUGLAS, STATE OF NEVADA.
